Whether in Toledo or Teplice,
Pittsburgh or Prague, Bnei Brak or Brno food has a special importance in
the Festivals of Jews and each place adds its own special flavour to the
pot. We welcome distinctive recipes from Sephardim and Ashkenazim wherever
you're located. It can be hors d'oeuvres, lavish main dish or a tempting
dessert as long as it complies with two simple guidelines: The recipe should
not include any 'forbidden' ingredient and should not have dairy and meat
product in the same dish.

Feel free to add comments – where you found it, where you first ate it,
or if it has a special relevance to your life. Name optional but we'd like
to know where you're from and, of course, the recipe!
